Claude Speed HD

From the 3D era to HD, after putting an end to the "chatalina", Claude Speed can now race in libertycity from his GTA IV.

- Correct player position
- Works according to game capabilities
- Replacement of player (main character) Niko Bellik.
- GTA SA Clothes
- Works on EFLC with the original animations.
